John, I totally agree with you! This experience was a great learning tool for me and actually led me into internet marketing. The person I was working with, meant to discourage and to create a barrier—a wall around me, but it really turned out to be a bridge! I wasn’t satisfied with status quo and here I am because of it!!

I crossed over that bridge with the heart attitude that I would be the leader you described—one that would coach, mentor, train, and develop others within my sphere of influence—hoping that because of my touch they would do greater and bigger things. It’s so great to meet other leaders that share the same philosophy—thank you John!!

Ayanna,
I laughed when I read this post because there are so many “leaders” out there that simply do not get it. Strength comes from diversity of opinion not the singularity of a dictatorship.

The website organizer should have been very thankful that you had taken a leadership role within his community and promoted you within it. Instead he showed the insecurities that he was experiencing on an internal basis by operating from a mentality of scarcity rather than abundance.

True leadership is displayed by allowing and coaching folks to become better and bigger than where they are today. If this process brings them to develop more of a following, greater success or in any way “outshine” yourself then guess what? You have SUCCEEDED!!

By devoting ourselves to a strict diet of personal development, leadership training, and marketing skills acquisition we will confirm our place as a leader within our respective industry and therefore not be apprehensive when someone new comes on the scene.

Instead we will do what true leaders always do: Coach, mentor, train and develop the next wave of leaders who will continue the process.

Your a great leader Ayanna and it is a true pleasure in getting to know you.

To Our Massive Success,

John

The writer of ayannamurray.com has written a superior article. I got your point and there is nothing to argue about. It is like the following universal truth that you can not disagree with: The more work you do on a website, the further it seems from completion I will be back.

I think that is an interesting point, it made me think a bit. Thanks for sparking my thinking cap. Sometimes I get so much in a rut that I just feel like a record.

I am very impressed with the article I have just read. I wish the writer of ayannamurray.com can continue to provide so much practical information and unforgettable experience to ayannamurray.com readers. There is not much to state except the following universal truth: Some days you see lots of people on crutches. I will be back.
